Three public bookkeeping websites from our earlier manual research. Existing strengths, one specific implementation example, and a finding we withdrew after checking the live page.
Historical examples, manually reviewed September 6, 2026 UTC using public pages and direct page inspection. These firms are not customers or endorsers. This was a different method from the current three-question, nine-answer discovery plan; these examples are not generated paid reports or measurements of AI visibility.
Lucori Bookkeeping
Observed page: homepage · Suggested change: small effort
Preserve the offer. Improve its structure.
The homepage already publishes three monthly packages and describes which practice situations each fits. The fetched HTML places the full pricing section inside an H1; a testimonial is another H1.
What the evidence supports
Use short section and plan headings, with descriptions and testimonial text in their own elements. The existing package information should remain.
Confidence: high in the observed markup; medium in the proposed improvement. This does not predict a ranking change.
What it doesn't support
“Add pricing” would overlook the content already present. Heading markup alone does not establish that visitors are confused, customers are lost or the business is absent from AI answers.
Implementation: In the site's editor, split the pricing block into short plan headings and paragraphs. Keep every service detail and qualification. Place testimonial text in a paragraph or blockquote beneath its section heading.
Verify: Inspect the published document outline, check that all plan details remain, and confirm the page still reads well on a phone.
Observed pages: homepage, pricing and a workflow answer
Find the answer before asking for another page.
A dedicated question page explains the initial setup and ongoing monthly bookkeeping workflow. The pricing page also publishes starting prices. An audit should use these sources before proposing new pricing or onboarding content.
Preserve
The existing explanation of what working together involves. It gives a prospective practice owner concrete expectations.
Investigate next
Check whether visitors can easily reach that answer when deciding to book a consultation. Linking useful existing content may be enough; the review did not establish a navigation or conversion problem.
Observed pages: homepage, therapist service page and live contact form
A better check can remove a recommendation.
The service page addresses solo and group therapy practices in California. An initial reading suggested the contact form might need more practice-specific context.
What the live page showed
The form already asks about the practice or business, the kind of help needed, and the bookkeeping system in use. The service page also has tailored FAQs.
Decision
Withdraw the recommendation to add those fields. A broader contact heading may be intentional because the business also offers general tax services. Check that intent before proposing a rewrite.
Scope: We inspected the visible form without submitting it. This establishes which fields were visible, not whether submissions are delivered or how quickly the business replies.
The current $50 discovery review plans nine API answers to three questions you confirm for your service and markets. It preserves the answers and available citations, distinguishes name matches from website citations, and may include up to three website tasks supported by captured page evidence.
You can preview the website checks and question plan for free. Planning does not run those questions. A completed discovery report may contain no website tasks.
